Weymouth 51 - Lemon Drizzle / MILD Chilli Sauce

Put a little zest into your life! By fermenting chilli peppers with lemon, Wymouth 51 have created this zesty, tangy and refreshing lemon chilli sauce. Great to drizzle on salads, couscous, chicken and fish or marinade and spice up your Bloody Mary.

Ingredients:

Sweet Peppers, Lemon 21.6%, Chillies 6.1%, Onion, Garlic, Sea Salt, Stabiliser Xanthan Gum.

Once opened keep in fridge and consume within 6 weeks. Shake well before use. As they do not add preservatives, natural colour may change over time.
