Scotch Bonnet, a.k.a. the pepper of the Caribbean, named after Tam O’Shanter’s hat. Tropical, sweet, and fruity intense flavours, make this a really versatile chilli sauce that works well in all styles of cooking or as a marinade, especially around BBQ time.

Ingredients:

Chillies 50%, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Spring Water, Onion, Garlic, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum.

Once opened keep in fridge and consume within 6 weeks. Shake well before use.
