Based near Shaftesbury in North Dorset, The Real Cure uses traditional processes including curing, fermenting, smoking and air drying to create their Great Taste Award winning salami, chorizo and air dried hams. They also carefully source free range and wild British meat. 

Introducing the first-ever Nduja Relish—an innovative blend of award-winning Dorset Nduja, sweet tomatoes, aromatic onions, and nigella seeds. This unique preserve is an irresistible companion to the finest cheeses and charcuterie. 

Nduja Relish is the perfect pairing for our cured meats, Its rich, smoky sweetness complements their deep, savoury flavours, creating a truly indulgent experience.

Ingredients: Tomatoes, Onions, Brown Sugar, Tomato Puree, Red Wine Vinegar, (Sulphites).  Nduja (4%) (Pork 33%), Pork Fat, Red Chilli Paste (Chilli Pepper, Salt, Citric Acid), Red Pepper Paste (Red Mild Pepper, Salt, Citric Acid, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Salt, Dextrose, Preservatives (Potassium Nitrate), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate)), Salt, Garlic, Spices (Mustard), Mustard Seed, Nigella Seed, Chilli, Fenugreek Seed, Mixed Herbs.
