This award winning free range pork salami is made renowned local farmhouse blue cheese, Dorset Blue Vinny. They combine the punchy Dorset Blue Vinny cheese with sweet figs for a wonderful balance of flavour. Enjoy on its own or as part of a British charcuterie sharing board or antipasti platter.
