Open Air Dairy - West Country Mature Cheddar

The Open Air Dairy is pretty unique!

Their cows are milked in which ever field they are grazing, they don't even come in for milking. They take the milking parlours to the cows where ever they are. 

The cows are happier and healthier this way and you can taste this happiness in every bite of their delicious, rich, distinctive cheddar.
