Dorset's answer to Greek yoghurt - batch made on the farm using whole milk produced by their free-range cows. Nothing added but culture and traditionally strained to achieve a rich, low sugar, high protein yoghurt.
Ingredients: Milk and live active bio cultures (L. Bulgaricus, S. Thermophilus, L. Acidophilus, Bifidus, L. Casei).
