Suma - Organic White Strozzapreti

Organic and Fair Trade white Strozzapreti pasta from Suma, made using an extrusion process that leaves a porous and rough surface. Then it's dried slowly to preserve the nutrients and bring out the taste and aromas of the wheat. This Fair Trade Italian pasta is packaged in biodegradable and recyclable paper, sourced from sustainably managed forests. Printed with water-based ink and heat-sealing lacquers without solvents.

Suma's organic pasta is from Italy, because Italian pasta is the best in the world. It's produced using a slow drying process that uses 100% renewable energy. The farmers they use grow ancient grains, which makes them specialists and experts in all kinds of wheat, including durum wheat. The pasta is made using traditional methods by a co-operative bringing together over 300 member farms.

Free from palm oil, artificial colours, artificial flavours, and artificial preservatives. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
