Sharpham - Red Onion, Rosemary & Thyme Marmalade

This red onion and rosemary and thyme savoury marmalade is a twist on a favourite, the red onions are caramelised in soft brown sugar and balanced perfectly with balsamic and red wine vinegar. The herbs are handpicked, chopped, and added at the last minute for a savoury finish. This has a lovely dark golden colour with a reddy hue from the red onions and a wonderfully sticky texture.

PERFECT PAIRINGS:

Naturally, perfectly paired with cheese, or with cold meats and pork pies. Also adds extra flavour to roasted pork sausages or a dollop in your gravy for a Sunday roast adds something special. Below are our two favourite Sharpham cheese pairings. But we would be interested to know your thoughts.
