Ma Bolton was started by Kate as she began baking and creating foods that her family could eat when her two sons were both diagnosed with a dairy intolerance and Kate was unable to tolerate gluten.

Kate worked from home in her bespoke kitchen in Dorset in the United Kingdom, producing gluten free breads, cakes, bakes, jams, chutneys and syrups. 

Intensely fruity and sweet jam tart. Tastes great on scones, with ice cream and makes a fantastic filling for a Victoria Sponge Sandwich.

Ingredients - Raspberries, Strawberries, Blackcurrants, Blackberries, Redcurrants and Sugar.
