Ma Bolton's - Dorset Apple Cake Chutney

A sweet chutney, reminiscent of apple cake with a hint of heat from ginger and chilli. 

A match made in heaven with a delicious cheddar and can equally be used with cold meats. The walnuts add to the texture and flavour adventure. 

Ingredients: Bramleys, Braeburn Apples, Onions, Brown Sugar, Cider Vinegar, Sultanas, Walnuts Root Ginger, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Salt and Chilli Flakes.
