Green's of Glastonbury - Hard Goats Cheese

Green’s of Glastonbury have been making cheese for 4 generations located on the Somerset levels in the small village of West Pennard within site of the legendary Glastonbury Tor.

This is a pleasant goat's milk cheddar. Mid strength, and is liked by many who have a dairy intolerance. It is not too "goaty" like some.
