Godminster, born in Bruton, is the home of award-winning organic cheddar in the heart of Somerset. They create cheeses that are organic with British milk sourced from sustainable farms free from chemicals and pesticides.

Their original cheddar and a firm favourite, the Vintage Bruton Beauty’s signature smoothness puts it firmly at the heart of the cheeseboard. This modern and moreish organic vintage cheddar is matured for up to 12 months, at which point the best cheese is selected to be made into one of their legendary truckles.

The Vintage Bruton Beauty organic cheddar is certified as organic, made with pasteurised cow’s milk, and is suitable for vegetarians.
