Black Cow Deluxe Cheddar Cheese

Black Cow is based on a farm in the heart of West Dorset, a cross-country ramble several miles from Beaminster.

Black Cow Deluxe Cheddar is made from the milk of cows that graze the fields surrounding the Distillery in West Dorset. Aged for a minimum of 12 months in thick black wax, the cheese has an incredibly intense and rich flavour, not to mention a satisfyingly crumbly texture. They make cheese by separating milk into curds and whey. The curds make the Deluxe Cheddar, and the whey makes their exceptionally smooth Pure Milk Vodka!
