From Dorset with Love - Blackberry Vinegar

This range of fruit infused vinegars are made with real, whole fruits to give each flavour a rich flavour. All of their products are handmade in small batches using the open pan method using as much locally sourced ingredients as possible.

Blackberry infused balsamic vinegar is delicious for it's delicate autumnal flavours.

Drizzle this over roasting red meat, over salads, in a stir fry and absolutely stunning with cheese.
