Fino - Arrope (Sweet Spanish Grape Syrup)

Arrope (or El Secreto del Chef as it is known in Spain) is a thick, sweet Spanish grape syrup produced from the unfermented juice of the Pedro Ximenez grape.

This very special Fino Arrope is fab as a sweet dressing mixed with Fino Olive Oil and it makes a great addition to sauces and marinades. It brings them alive. 

The grape equivalent of a pomegranate molasses, it is also very special drizzled on ice cream, or stirred into porridge or yogurt.
