Dorset Made Food - Hot Dorset Naga Chilli Sauce

Can be used in cooking or on prepared food to add heat and flavour. 

Shake well before use. CAUTION: VERY HOT 

Ingredients: Cider Vinegar, Peppers, Local Beer (barley), Hibiscus Flowers, Coconut Sugar, Rosemary, Garlic, Naga Chillies. 

Raw and fermented locally grown Dorset Naga chillies and locally brewed beer.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened store in fridge and use within 6 weeks. 

Suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets. 

Prepared in a kitchen where nuts and wheat are prepared.
