Organic Hoisin Sauce with Black Garlic is a garlicky plum sauce with a sweet black garlic flavour.

The organic range is infused with Black Garlic, which is made by heat-ageing garlic over several weeks. The cloves soften and caramelise, gaining a distinctively sweet, umami flavour, with a taste likened to figs, liquorice, or molasses and an unctuous texture of sticky dates. It’s packed with antioxidants and sought after for its ability to enhance a wide variety of dishes.
